CSC Fall 2010 Action Plan

• Continued sunset drum circles
• Campus Clean-up Days (kayaking, cleanup around dorms)
• Field trips
• Carpool to Gulfport artwalk
• Movie nights (Fuel, Food Inc, Into the Wild, Story of Stuff, Hoot, Erin
Brockovich, Gandhi, The Man Who Planted Trees, The Human Footprint, Kilowatt
Ours, OTHERS??)
• Carpool to Sat. Morning Market
• Beach cleanups (Ft. Desoto, South Beach on campus)
Action:
• Get recyclable cups into the Pub and Caf - FB*
• Biodegradable CSC bottles - FB*
• Oil Spill cleanup efforts?
• "These Come From Trees" stickers - FB*
• Promote Zipride
• Work with Service Learning
• Biking days
• Work with other clubs

Club Promotion:
• Write CSC articles for Ekurd Voice, The Current
• Participation in Earth Day and Club Fair events
• Info sessions/roundtable discussions (possibly during meetings?)
• Hit up local businesses for donations (Publix Greenbags?) to give out
Continuing Projects:
• Green Dorm?
o How can we make this more active/popular?
o Talk to students from last year to find out what worked/didn't work
• Campus Garden
• Reducing sprinkler usage
• Compost promotion
• Continue "stuff swap"
